My belief is that success in the role of learning and organisational development is only achieved when you are aware of the influence of culture, and its impact to create a positive change that is both organic and internal. Using this as my foundation I create leaders within departments, and a sense of ownership with individuals and their work. Ultimately, I create environments that drive a company through leadership, not management.

I have worked in Human Resources, Commercial and Operational roles as a Learning & Organisational Development Manager across; professional services, retail, logistics and information technology for the last 10 years where I attribute my success to the core partnerships I have built with leaders of these businesses. My commitment to inspiring leaders to make better decisions is a simple approach to ensure sustainable, positive change and authentic leadership. My openness coupled with strong leadership and comprehensive HR skills enable me to build credibility and trust.
